Hello everyone,
I’m Jordan, the founder of INNOVATE Scalp Concept, and I’d like to share the story behind our brand.
The idea of scalp care first took root in 2010. Before that, I had already spent several years working with countless skin cases, formulations, and treatment devices, fine-tuning and testing them through endless trials and errors. Once the foundation was solid, the vision became clear—and that’s when I decided to establish both the brand and our first concept store.
The original motivation was simple: I didn’t want hair loss to become a lifelong concern. Life has so many exciting things to offer; no one should feel held back by worries about their hair. Yet, throughout those four years of research and development, many unexpected discoveries unfolded. Beyond hair concerns, we found solutions for common scalp challenges—dandruff, excess oil, fragility, flatness, scalp odor, and even tension. These results not only strengthened our expertise but also deepened our sense of purpose as a team.
At INNOVATE, we believe scalp care is skincare—not just haircare. The scalp, after all, is the skin most closely connected to the face. Just as we nurture and protect facial skin, so too should we care for the skin on our scalp.
